Golfcourse.com Review: This course was built on rolling terrain and features tree-lined fairways. The undulating greens are very well-maintained, and water hazards come into play on some holes. In addition, a variety of other natural hazards have been incorporated into this course's design. The clubhouse offers a spectacular view of some of the holes and an extremely scenic pond.

One player review called it "a dog track" and "one of the all time worst." Another said it's not in great shape but a good value for the price.

Best Bar Nearby: Sandtrap Bar & Grill (aka Sandman Sports Pub?) on-premisis.

Where To Grub:  Philadelphia Magazine named Penny's Pizza (68 W Ridge Pike, Limerick, www.gotcornmeal.com) to their 2011 Best Crust In Philly list.  "Locals nearly rioted when this pizza speakeasy shut down a few years ago, and then greeted its reopening like the Rapture. Penny’s keeps strange hours, so you’ll have to show up Thursday through Sunday for its thin, crisp pies with perfect, pocked and cornmeal-dusted crusts. And don’t expect anything fancy; this is just a couple kids and the ovens, delicious sweet-tart red sauce, and a white version with rich, creamy ricotta tucked beneath good mozzarella and sprinkled with salty, tasty sautèed garlic. Like all good speakeasies, you enter through a back door hidden from the street. Unlike most speakeasies, Penny’s has a sign."
