T&L Golf Review: Private club atmosphere. Course winds through shadows of pines along the Little and Big Biloxi Rivers, featuring white-sand beaches and rambling Mississippi mud waters. Player-friendly, but the greens have more break than porcelain plates in the bed of a pickup truck.
Where To Stay: Obviously you have to stay @ Grand Casino Biloxi to play here, but if you're not on the expense account, consider changing to the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino after your round.
Where To Grub: It's a little drive to Mary Mahoney's Old French Restaurant, serving up steak and fresh seafood in a house circa 1737. OR, just down Hwy 90, try Vrazel's Fine Foods. A cross between James Brown's limo and a Pizza Hut, chef/owner William Vrazel pumps out everything from stuffed red snapper to NY strip. OR, Chappy's is a local's favorite cajun joint featuring fried green tomatoes topped with crawfish tails, hollandaise, and Parmesan cheese.
Other Stuff To Do: Fishing is king here, featuring inshore, flats, & deep-sea angling. Also, Jefferson Davis' house Beauvoir is nearby.
